Havana Central

Its always nice when friends from out of town come to the city. Its a good excuse to go out and explore new restaurants. Today was no exception.
We went to Havana Central to have a “typical” Sunday brunch. The brunch was anything but ordinary.
My friends had the shrimp salad, french toast and chorizo mash while I opted for the Ropa Vieja that contains Beef, Peppers & Onions. I also had a bit of the Classic Cuban Sandwich. All I can say is that it wa well done.
We can’t forget about dessert. At the time, I couldn’t see or feel how I could squeeze dessert in, but somehow I found a way. I shared the Latin Lover’s Chocolate Mud Cake with my friend, while my other friend had the flan.
The verdict, I can’t wait to go back to try something more with chorizo in it.
