(This post is from the end of August and I’m just getting around to posting it now since it won’t be warm for too much longer.)
I got lucky the other day. A good friend invited me out to celebrate and we went to Lucky Strike. Normally, I would have a burger with fries, but since we were celebrating, we had to go upscale. The special of the day was a lamb chop with ricotta and potato gnocchi. It was yummy, as well as comforting on a summer day. We also decided to pair it with a red Chianti.
