Blue Smoke Urban Barbecue
I went to Blue Smoke yesterday with a friend for a overdue birthday celebrations. We has the Texas Salt and Pepper Ribs with Mac & Cheese and Creamed Spinach (which I nearly devoured). The waiter was excellent keeping my drink capped off. The ribs were yummy. Since my roots are from the Carolinas, the ribs that I am normally used to are wet, but I barely used the barbecue sauce on the side.
