Blue Apron Foods
I was in Brooklyn visiting friends. I told them that I was having trouble finding hollandaise sauce in my neck of the woods, because I had a craving for Eggs Benedict. Since we were taking a stroll down 7th Avenue, my friend recommended that we go into Blue Apron Foods.
When I stepped in, I was so mesmerized by all the cheeses, and cupcakes, that I couldn’t find the words to express what I wanted. So my friend came to the rescue and asked on of the staff where was the sauce. He not only told me how to prepare the sauce , but also recommended a nice Canadian bacon to go along with it.
I had my Eggs Benedict for brunch and WOW! I had to cut the Canadian Bacon in half because it was thick. The sauce was savory and everything came together. I can’t wait to have Eggs Benedict again next weekend.
