Just in case you don’t by now, IKEA is opening today in New York City by way of Brooklyn. The selection promises to be just as extensive as the Elizabeth store and the delivery fee is better too.

If you are looking to get cost effective quality kitchenware, Pearl River Mart is the place to go. I couldn’t believe that there were pans, and bamboo steamers for less than $10. My finds were the bamboo placemats for $2.50 each and a finely decorative serving tray that is also functional.
